ABOUT TEDx:In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TED Talks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.TEDxACCD 2017 SPEAKER PACKET:I was given the opportunity to design and produce 12 speaker packets for the TEDxACCD 2017 event. Together with the help of the executive, branding and, PR team, the speaker packets were customized for each of the speakers participating in the event. The packet included an editorial piece on information about the schedule, guidelines, and what to expect before the talk. It also included a fail toolkit of which consisted of a notepad, red pencil, and an eraser to hopefully help the speakers with their presentation. The event boasted hundreds of attendants in the Ahmandson theater at the ArtCenter hillside campus and over a quarter million viewers on live-stream. TEDxACCD WEBSITE
